Our Philosophy


At The EDGE Center, our goal is to help students succeed by tailoring learning experiences. We recognize that the traditional school setting is not the best learning environment for every student.


At The EDGE Center, we strive

to create the environment the student needs

while utilizing a variety of teaching methods.


Some of the teaching methods we use are literacy training (reading and math), whole-body math, relating the four "cores" (math, science, English, and social studies), computer-based learning, and journal writing.

At The EDGE Center, we do not put homework at the center of the tutoring experience.
